About the Role
This role is offered on a full-time, term-time only, permanent basis. This role is term time only, working 40 weeks per year.
The Wellbeing & Mental Health Adviser will be responsible for promoting and supporting the mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of learners. This role involves delivering wellbeing initiatives, offering individual support, and creating an environment that fosters positive mental health, resilience, and personal development. The Wellbeing Officer will work closely with learners staff, and external agencies to ensure learners' holistic needs are met, enabling them to succeed both academically and personally.

We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Good understanding of trauma-informed care and supporting vulnerable individuals.
* A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
* Experience of working with children, young people or vulnerable adults in a professional setting
