Capital City College Group are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic SEND Lecturers to join their successful, hardworking and inclusive team.

About the role:
We require knowledgeable and enthusiastic teachers to lead and teach within our MLD/SLD provision and a specialist teacher to work with our cohort of learners with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and associated behavioural needs. These are specialist posts and experience in these fields are crucial. The post holder will be primarily responsible for providing effective teaching, assessment and tutoring and take a lead in the learners' pastoral care.

About you:
You will have an excellent understanding of the learning needs of MLD/SLD learners and preferably a specialist qualification in teaching this cohort. You will be able to baseline assess students and document the learner journey, setting effective SMART targets and identifying distance travelled. You will be an enthusiastic specialist teacher who can differentiate effectively and who has effective classroom management.

Please note that there is opportunities for highly specialist staff to receive bonuses in this role.
