A vacancy has arisen for a Systems and Software Manager to commence employment Mid October 2025. The salary will be AED 8,500 per month.
The main objective of the role is to oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of the school’s core information system, iSAMS, and all related software platforms. This position is central to leading system rollouts, driving process enhancements, ensuring seamless integration, and delivering technical support to both staff and parents.
A minimum of 5+ years working in an IT administration role is essential. Experience working in a British School environment is preferable. Knowledge and use of iSAMS or a similar UK-curriculum MIS is essential. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Seesaw is also required. Experience supporting other third-party platforms such as SOCS, Evolve, Fusion, and SignInApp is highly desirable. Candidates will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. There is an expectation to be adaptable, motivated and to be able to work closely with a range of stakeholders. Attention to detail is key, and they will need to have proven trouble-shooting experience and be able to work to strict deadlines.
The hours would be 7.15am until 3pm Monday to Thursday and 7.15am until 12pm on Fridays. The role benefits from 33 days annual leave and public holidays.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English, and should be educated to degree level and/or have relevant working experience. The successful candidate will ideally have their own sponsorship however sponsorship could be arranged if required.
